An appraiser with the office since 1980, Mr. Hyslop is experienced in all aspects of commercial, farm, and expropriation valuation work. Mr. Hyslop has been qualified for expert testimony in the Supreme Court of BC, Expropriation Compensation Board, Assessment Appeal Board, and private arbitration hearings. Mr. Hyslop is a past president of the Okanagan Chapter, Appraisal Institute of Canada, a former member of the Board of Governors, Real Estate Institute of BC, and is currently a member of the National Appraisal Standards committee. Qualified as an arbitrator, Mr. Hyslop has experience as an arbitrator in commercial rental matters.

David E.W. Bush, AACI
Mr. Bush became a member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada in 1997 and received the AACI designation in 2002. He is experienced in the valuation of a wide range of commercial and residential properties including First Nations / Locatee lands and interests. Mr. Bush is a past member of the Victoria Chapter AIC executive and has chaired several CRA candidate examinations. He has experience in property acquisition as well as a background in law as a paralegal with a private law firm and with the Provincial Ministry of Attorney General Constituional and Administrative Law Group in expropriation and land related compensation claims.
